- Customers may cancel their booking up to 1 hour prior to the scheduled service time without any cancellation charges.
- Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled service time will attract a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Fee
- A cancellation fee of ₹199 will be applicable for:
- Late cancellations
- Technician already dispatched
- Operational costs incurred
This fee covers the costs of holding your reservation, scheduling your ride, and preparing for your service.
No-Show Policy
- If a customer fails to be available at the scheduled service time without prior cancellation:
- The full service amount will be charged
- No refund shall be issued

Refund Processing
- If the cancellation is eligible for a refund:
- The refund (after deduction of applicable charges) will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect
Exceptions to This Policy
Ride N Care Services reserves the right to:
- Waive cancellation charges in case of:
- Medical emergencies
- Natural calamities
- Technical issues from our end
- Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
